The shade and harp are included. The shade is made of metal and the lamp base is made of wood. The lamp features an on/off rocker switch on the cord. It requires a standard light bulb, not included.

All instock orders ship in 7-9 business days. All freight deliveries are only curbside. For freight deliveries, please inspect the item before the trucking company leaves and if any damage is observed, please refuse delivery else we will not be able to exchange or refund the item.
At this time we only ship within the continental United States (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or the US territories). We cannot deliver to P.O. box locations or military APO/FPO addresses. All shipping prices are in US dollars.
