All instock orders ship in 7-9 business days. All freight deliveries are only curbside. For freight deliveries, please inspect the item before the trucking company leaves and if any damage is observed, please refuse delivery else we will not be able to exchange or refund the item.
At this time we only ship within the continental United States (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or the US territories). We cannot deliver to P.O. box locations or military APO/FPO addresses. All shipping prices are in US dollars.

Will never order from this company again. Initial purchase stated items would be shipped in 7-10 business days. I ordered in April for a Mother’s Day gift. By the beginning of May I got concerned so after 5 emails (only got one reply weeks later stating “sorry for the delay”, no information or explanation) numerous unanswered phone calls, and endless waiting, finally at the beginning of JUNE I submitted a request for refund through PayPal. And wouldn’t you know…miraculously the order then gets processed. So finally June 12…2 months later my mom received her Mother’s Day gift 🤦🏼♀️ and to top it all off hilariously the “bird feeder” was 2 inches tall! Must be a mini bird feeder because no normal size bird could land on this thing. This company has very poor customer service and if you order anything plan on 2 months delivery time. The photo shown is the item sitting on kitchen table, very tiny but still cute.
